Being an engineer lead company, they were interested to know; Could more profit be made? Could process add efficiency add clarity? Could contractual risks be better managed?

Information and proposals where made and how to swiftly implemented within the business. - General information on why change proposals have been made and some examples why they would have assisted on previous problem projects. - Post tender review -procurement forms -pre sign contract review -better sub contracts for supply chain -Cost Report Form (CRF) for use to end of project.

Once approved by client, forms and process was rolled out for trial. The client now is now happy risk has been mitigated, procurement improved, finances better understood and project best prepared for construction phase commencement.
